CREMAC was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Brooklyn, New York. CREMAC possesses the unique technical and practical expertise to effectively underwrite and manage both commercial and residential mortgage loans, real estate and fixed income securities. CREMAC is a vertically integrated real estate debt and equity platform with divisions dedicated to specific aspects of the mortgage, real estate and securities industry.

 

Our senior management team has over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential mortgage acquisitions, originations, underwriting, financing and portfolio management. Since its inception, the company focused on investment opportunities in distressed or credit-sensitive commercial mortgage-backed securities, commercial real estate debt and real estate opportunities. The company’s credit disciplines are apparent in its technical approach to underwriting.
